In response to the growing global demand for omega 3 and 6 lipids in pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals, Croda Healthcare, Staffs, U.K., has more than doubled the manufacturing capacity of its high purity, high potency omega 3 and 6 lipids. The new plant, built to the latest pharmaceutical standards, employs advanced production technologies and comes onstream in the second quarter this year.

In the U.S., the company has relocated to a larger facility in Raritan Center, Edison, NJ. The move will bring its corporate offices and research labs together for the first time.
